Our Staff
Steve Taylor - Service Manager
Steve joined our team in 1977 as an entry level installer. Through
commitment, hard work and loyalty, Steve parlayed a m
echanical aptitude into
becoming a state-of-the-art transmission rebuilder. Today, Steves focus is
the managers role. Well known by our customers and clients, his duties
include Customer Service, Rebuilding, Diagnostic Analysis, and shop
operations.
Leonard Grzegowski
Lenny joined our team in 1989, also as an entry level transmission
installer.
Having worked his way up the ladder Lenny has evolved into one of
the most technically sound rebuilders in the industry. Incorporating only
the latest technological advances, Lenny heads a team of technicians that is
truly leading edge for even todays complex, electronically-packed
automobiles. Well liked by the customers , Lenny also serves a key
role in supporting shop operations.
Paul Kutis
Paul has been with Fairfield Automatic Transmission for 6 years. 
Paul also
broke into the field as a transmission installer, and like his predecessors
continues to make the transition to rebuilding an easy one. Paul brings with him a
knowledge of electronics, keen computer skills, and an analytical mind that
makes him one of the best diagnosticians and trouble shooters today.
